Located just 35 minutes south of Atlanta in Griffin, Georgia.ÊWe welcome visitors and enthusiasts from all over to experience our hospitality and beautiful facility with a 300' x 50' paved runway with plenty of open space.ÊAllen Taylor Field is the name of our flying site, it is located at 400 Candler Road just off of Rover-Zetella Road, in between the Zetella and Rover Communities.Ê

2008 Rules

Flying hours at the field are Monday thru Saturday 9 a.m. until dark, 11 a.m. until dark on Sundays. The only exception to this is during air shows.

1. Do not drive in put area or on the runway.

2. AMA membership required.

3. Frequency pins must but used at all times. Including 2.4 when arrive.

4. Turn aircraft to direct airblast toward runway.

5. Aircraft shall be carried to and from the pit area.

6. Absoultely no flying over the pit area or Candler Road.

7. Use of field for club members and their guest only. Guest may fly three times prior to joining club.

8. Effective muffler to be used on all engines above .051.

9. No profanity allowed.

10. No Alcohol (24 hr bottle to throttle rule)

11. No Driving on the hay field for any reason.
